Lilianna Bonecka is the Office Manager at Harvent Capital responsible for administrative and office processes and supervision of the formal, legal and accounting area at Harvent Capital and its subsidiaries.

She has many years of experience as the office manager of the management office of Emperia Holding, a company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, where she was also responsible for investor relations.

She participated in projects strategic for the capital group, such as: public offering of the company, share issues, acquisitions of other entities and integration of entities included in the group’s structures.

She joined the Harvent Capital team in 2019.

Lilianna Bonecka is a graduate of Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin and holds an MBA from the University of Central Lancashire.
