Cezary Baran is Finance Director and is responsible for all issues in the finance area of Harvent Capital.
For the last 15 years he has held key managerial positions in the area of finance, including since 2013 as Financial Director and Member of the Management Board at Emperia Holding, Stokrotka and Shops Komfort.

He has many years of experience in arranging debt financing in the form of loans and debt instruments. He has prepared complex financial operations such as syndicated credit or corporate bond issues. He has carried out complex operations of mergers, divisions and transformations of companies and participated in many mergers and acquisitions. As a vice-president of the stock exchange Emperia, he has become known as a trustworthy and committed to high ethical standards professional.

He joined the Harvent Capital team in 2019.

Cezary Baran is a licensed investment advisor. He graduated from the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin and holds an MBA from the Vienna University of Economics and Business.
